Which dispenser and ATG protocols do you support?
We work with the controller and probe protocols common on Bulgarian and EU forecourts, including IFSF based dispenser interfaces and Veeder-Root style ATG probes. Where a site runs an older proprietary controller, we build an adapter rather than asking you to replace working hardware.
How does the system behave when the site loses connectivity?
The edge layer buffers events locally and replays them idempotently when the link returns, so a cellular outage produces a delayed picture rather than a missing one. Alarms that matter locally continue to fire at the site regardless of cloud availability.
How many stations can one deployment supervise?
The event driven architecture is built for networks in the hundreds of sites rather than a handful. Polling based supervision typically degrades past roughly sixty stations, which is the point at which most operators come to us.

Gas Station POS Software

About this service
Is the POS SUPTO conformant and registered with the NRA?
The POS is built to the SUPTO requirements in Ordinance H-18, including the audit trail, unique sale identifiers and the reporting obligations that follow from them. Registration is performed per deployment together with the operator, since it is tied to the specific installation.
Can it run the shop as well as the forecourt?
Yes. Fuel, shop goods, car wash and food service run through one till with one receipt, one stock ledger and one shift report, rather than separate systems the cashier has to reconcile by hand.
What happens to sales if the head office link goes down?
The station keeps selling. Transactions are recorded locally against the fiscal device and synchronised to head office when the link returns, so an outage never stops the till.

Fiscal Devices, POS & Cash Register Integration

Which fiscal devices do you integrate with?
We integrate the fiscal printers and cash registers approved for the Bulgarian market, including Datecs, Tremol and Daisy families, through their documented protocols. New device families are added as adapters without touching the sales logic.
How do you handle a failed transmission to the NRA?
Transmissions are queued and retried idempotently, so a network failure never produces a duplicate or a lost record. The queue state is visible to operators, so an unsent batch is something you can see rather than something you discover at an audit.
Does an audit trail requirement mean we cannot correct mistakes?
No. Corrections are recorded as new, linked events rather than edits to history, which is both what the regulation requires and what makes a dispute defensible later.

Do you integrate with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Yes, through channel management so availability and rates stay consistent across the direct booking engine and the OTAs. Since May 2026 both platforms verify ESTI registration numbers, and the PMS carries that data through to the monthly reporting.
Can guests pay on the direct booking engine with a fiscal receipt issued?
Yes. Card payments on the direct channel are tied to fiscal receipt issuance, so a direct booking is no less compliant than a front desk sale, which is usually what stops hotels pushing guests away from the OTAs.
Is the system suitable for a small guest house, not just a hotel chain?
Yes. The same platform runs for single properties and for groups; what changes is how much of the housekeeping, channel and revenue tooling you switch on.

Can the online store share stock with our physical shops?
Yes. Stock, prices and orders synchronise in real time between the tills, the warehouse system and the storefront, so you are not selling online what was sold in store ten minutes ago.
Which ecommerce platform do you build on?
We build custom storefronts on Django where the catalogue or the integrations are the hard part, and we work with existing WooCommerce, OpenCart and Magento installations where replacing them would not pay for itself.
Do online sales need fiscal receipts in Bulgaria?
Card payments online carry fiscal obligations, and cash on delivery has its own handling at the point the courier collects. We wire both into the order lifecycle so the paperwork follows the sale automatically.

Which couriers do you integrate?
Econt, Speedy and BoxNow through their official APIs, covering office and parcel locker selection, waybill generation, price calculation and tracking. Additional carriers are added as adapters against the same internal shipment model.
Can customers pick an Econtomat or a BoxNow locker at checkout?
Yes. The locker and office pickers are embedded in checkout with live availability, so the customer chooses a real, currently open collection point and sees the price for it before confirming.
How is cash on delivery reconciled?
COD amounts are tracked per shipment and matched automatically against the carrier's settlement reports, your orders and your fiscal receipts, so the money the courier transfers is reconciled without a spreadsheet.

Online Payment Integration

Which payment providers do you integrate?
Borica, myPOS, Stripe and PayPal for cards and wallets, alongside the local rails Bulgarian customers expect: bank transfer, ePay, easyPay and cash on delivery. The choice of acquirer stays yours; the integration is built so it can be changed later.
Does this make us PCI DSS compliant?
Integration alone does not certify you, but the architecture is designed to keep card data out of your systems through tokenisation and hosted fields, which is what keeps most of your environment out of PCI scope in the first place.
Can you support subscriptions and recurring billing?
Yes. Stored card tokens support subscriptions, instalments and one click repeat purchases, with 3-D Secure applied where PSD2 requires it and exemptions used where they legitimately apply.

EV Charging & Energy Software

Do you support OCPP?
Yes. Charge point management is built on OCPP, so the platform is not tied to one hardware vendor and you can mix charger makes across a network.
Can EV charging share the same till as fuel and the shop?
Yes, and on a forecourt it should. Charging sessions bill through the same POS and fiscal path as fuel and shop goods, so the site has one set of numbers at end of shift.
How do you handle load balancing across chargers?
The platform allocates available site capacity across active sessions dynamically, so adding charge points does not require upgrading the grid connection first.

Do we need to send our data to a third party?
Not necessarily. Forecasting and anomaly detection run on your own infrastructure. Where a language model is genuinely the right tool, we scope what leaves your environment and ground its answers in your data.
Does the EU AI Act apply to us?
It depends on the use. The high risk obligations moved to 2 December 2027, but transparency and logging expectations already shape what a system should record today, which is cheaper to build in now than to retrofit.

Does NIS2 apply to us in Bulgaria?
Bulgaria's amended Cybersecurity Act transposed NIS2 in February 2026 with no transition period. Medium and large fuel retailers and their software suppliers are generally in scope, and the supplier obligation catches vendors who assumed it did not.
Do you test operational technology, or only IT?
Both, and on forecourts and production floors the boundary between them is where the real exposure sits. Testing is scoped so it never puts a live site at risk.
What does your incident response commitment actually cover?
A four hour response SLA to begin containment and analysis, with the reporting timelines that NIS2 imposes handled as part of the engagement rather than left to you to remember under pressure.

Do we have to move to the cloud?
No. We run managed operations on AWS, Azure and GCP and on your own hardware, and for sites with real time control obligations on premise is often the correct answer rather than a legacy one.
What does 24/7 observability mean in practice?
Metrics, logs and traces with alerting tied to conditions that matter to your operation, routed to someone on call. An alert nobody acts on is not monitoring.
Are we locked in if we want to leave?
No. Infrastructure is defined as code and handed over, and we document a tested exit path as part of delivery, because a managed service you cannot leave is a liability rather than a service.
